At CricX, we strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users. This refund policy outlines the process and conditions under which refunds can be requested and processed for issues arising during deposits and withdrawals.

1. Applicability

This refund policy is applicable only in cases of payment failures or issues during the deposit and withdrawal of funds within the CricX platform. Refund requests for any other reason will not be entertained.

2. Conditions for Raising a Refund Request

  • Users can raise a refund request if they encounter payment failures or discrepancies during deposit or withdrawal transactions.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the actual transaction date. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

3. How to Raise a Refund Request

To initiate a refund request, users must:

  • 02. Provide the following details:
  • Transaction ID or reference number
  • Date and time of the transaction
  • Amount involved
  • A brief description of the issue encountered
  • 03. Attach any relevant screenshots or proof of payment to facilitate the review process.

4. Processing Time

  • Once the refund request is submitted, our team will review and verify the details provided.
  • Refunds will be processed within 16-30 days from the date of submission of the refund request.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be credited back using the original payment method.
  • In cases where the original payment method is unavailable, the refund will be issued as Fantasy Coins to the user’s CricX account.

6. Limitations and Exclusions

  • CricX is not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways, banks, or third-party services.
  • This policy does not cover refunds for issues related to the misuse of the CricX platform or violations of our terms and conditions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for any transaction errors caused due to incorrect user details.
