These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) govern your access to and use of the platform as made available through the interface/screen available on the mobile application called ‘CricX’ (collectively the “Platform”) managed and operated by:
“CricX” is owned and operated by SuperX Buildd Technologies LLP, a company incorporated under the laws of India (for Indian users).
(hereinafter referred to as “Us” / “We”/ “CricX”) for general browsing or availing any Services available on the Platform.
As a user (“User”/ “You” which shall mean and include any natural person who has registered, agreed to use, or has accessed or is visiting the Platform), You understand that CricX, through the Platform, operates and owns a sports-inspired virtual trading game where users can buy/sell player stocks deriving value from players’ performances, through the Platform called ‘CricX’ which shall be made available as a website and/or mobile application (referred to as “Platform”).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before accessing or using the Platform or any part thereof. By accessing or using any part of the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If You do not agree to all the Terms & Conditions, then YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE PLATFORM OR USE ANY SERVICES PROVIDED BY CricX THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
SPECIFIED DISCLAIMER: THESE PRODUCTS ARE UNREGULATED IN MANY JURISDICTIONS AND CAN BE HIGHLY RISKY. THERE MAY BE NO REGULATORY RECOURSE FOR ANY LOSS FROM SUCH TRANSACTIONS. BY MAKING USE OF CricX SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (1) YOU ARE AWARE OF THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS OF SUCH NATURE (2) YOU SHALL ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO THE USE OF CricX SERVICES AND TRANSACTIONS OF SUCH NATURE (3) YOU HAVE ENSURED THE REGULATIONS IN YOUR LOCAL JURISDICTION AND THE LEGALITY OF THE SAME BEFORE ONBOARDING ON THE CricX PLATFORM AND (4) CricX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SUCH RISKS OR ADVERSE OUTCOMES.
These Terms & Conditions form a legal and binding agreement between You and CricX. As long as You comply with these Terms & Conditions, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, limited privilege to access and use the Platform as per these Terms & Conditions. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, You also accept and agree to be bound by policies of CricX, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, which form a part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.
You represent and warrant that You:
“Designated Jurisdiction” means any country, territory, or state, residents of which are not allowed to onboard or use gaming platforms, including games with games of skill.
Any person accessing the services or otherwise offered by CricX on the Portal for the purpose of participating in the trading of player(s) in any matches made available on the CricX portal, hereinafter referred to as “Contest(s),” shall be bound by these Terms and Conditions, and all other rules, regulations, and terms of use referred to herein or provided by CricX in relation to CricX services.
You are permitted to display the materials on this Platform on a computer screen and/or mobile screen and, save for restricted access documents, to download and print a hard copy for your personal use, provided You do not alter or remove any of the content which may include text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software code, design, and the collection, arrangement, and assembly of content provided by CricX (“Content”) without our express permission to do so and that You do not change or delete any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. The Platform, including all materials on it or provided to You through it, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights and laws throughout the world and is owned by or licensed to CricX.
Nothing contained in these Terms & Conditions shall to any extent substitute for the independent investigations and the sound technical and business judgement of the User. In no event shall CricX be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind whatsoever with respect to the services offered on the Platform. All Content on the Platform is provided “as is” with no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or of the results obtained from the use of the information, and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
CricX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms & Conditions, at any time without any prior written notice to the User. It is the User’s responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for any updates/changes. User’s continued use of the Platform following the modification of these Terms & Conditions will imply the acceptance by the User of the modification.
User agrees and consents to be contacted by CricX (or its agents, representatives, and business partners) through phone calls, SMS notifications, email, or any other means of communication, in respect to the Services or the Platform provided by CricX, even if contact number(s) provided to CricX are on Do Not Call Registry.
You agree that CricX may disclose your personal and account information if CricX believes that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request. For more details, please refer to Our Privacy Policy.
CricX has developed a sports-inspired virtual trading platform where users can buy/sell stocks of real-life players. CricX has created a detailed profile for each player stock, that helps You to make an informed decision before buying and selling the stock of each player. The price of the stock may be considered to be as the average price of each stock of that cricketer, depending on the number of stocks You wish to buy at that time. On the platform, buying and selling take place against a bonding curve, which implies that the price of each stock increases or decreases with an increase or decrease in its supply.
You hereby acknowledge and agree that CricX is not a financial institution, bank, credit union, trust, hedge fund, broker, or investment or financial advisor and is not subject to the laws, regulations, directives, or requirements applicable to such persons. You acknowledge and agree that no oral or written information or advice provided by CricX, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, nor any information obtained through the Platform or otherwise from CricX, will or shall constitute trading, investment, or financial advice regarding the trading of securities, including the suitability and appropriateness of, and investment
To engage in the CricX Game, you must first register and create a User Account on the Platform (“Account”).
By completing the registration process, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
During registration, you’ll need to provide details such as your name, email address, and mobile number. Additional personal information may be required to verify your Account and facilitate transactions related to your participation in the CricX Game. It’s essential that you provide accurate and truthful information in all required fields, including but not limited to your name, postal address, PAN details, email address, bank account details, and phone number(s). You also agree to keep this information up to date.
If, during the registration process or at any point thereafter, it is determined that you are a resident of a region where participation in the CricX Game is restricted or that your bank account is linked to such a region, you will not be permitted to participate in the CricX Game.
CricX reserves the right to request further verification of your provided information at any time. Failure to provide the requested documentation may result in the suspension or termination of your Account. In such cases, your virtual cricket stock portfolio may be liquidated based on the current trading prices of the stocks you hold.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to CricX is accurate and complete. CricX is not obligated to verify the information you provide, and we are not responsible for any consequences resulting from the submission of incorrect or incomplete information. You agree to update your registration information as needed to ensure its accuracy.
It is your responsibility to protect your Account information, including your username, password, email address, and financial details. CricX will never ask for your password outside of the login process, and you should never share your Account credentials with anyone else. You must also log out of your Account at the end of each session. CricX is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to failure to log out or due to your sharing of Account information.
You agree to receive all communications from CricX by marking our emails as safe. CricX is not responsible if you miss important communications because our emails are delivered to your junk or spam folder.
Your Account is intended solely for playing the CricX Game and for conducting transactions related to the game. Using your Account for any other purpose may result in its immediate termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the Account.
Deposits into your CricX Account are for the exclusive purpose of participating in the CricX Game. CricX reserves the right to verify your identity and address at any time and may forfeit any funds in your Account if inconsistencies are found during the verification process. To withdraw funds from your Account, you must provide accurate PAN details, bank account information, and any necessary documentation as part of the verification process.
Your PAN and/or bank account cannot be linked to more than one Account on the Platform. Additionally, you may not link a non-residential external (NRE) bank account or any account associated with a bank branch located in a restricted region to your CricX Account. Digital payment bank accounts are not permitted for verification or withdrawal purposes.
CricX is legally required to deduct Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on all User earnings. The applicable rates and thresholds for TDS may change according to prevailing laws and regulations. CricX’s responsibility in this regard is limited to deducting TDS as required and providing you with the necessary tax deduction certificate. CricX does not provide individual tax advice and is not responsible for your personal tax obligations.
You understand and agree that funds in your CricX Account cannot be transferred to another User’s Account, except under specific conditions permitted by CricX, and subject to any restrictions we may impose.
CricX may periodically verify your Account to ensure accuracy and compliance. This process may involve contacting you via phone or email. If we’re unable to reach you on the first attempt, we will make additional efforts to establish contact. If your provided phone number or email is incorrect or unreachable, CricX is not liable for any interruptions to your participation in the CricX Game due to our inability to contact you.
Should we be unable to contact you or if your verification process is unsuccessful, we reserve the right to temporarily prevent you from accessing the Platform until your Account is satisfactorily verified. We will notify you via email about the necessary steps for completing the verification. At times, we may request additional identification or address documentation.
Upon receiving the required documents, we will strive to reactivate your Account as swiftly as possible. However, please note that processing may take several business days. CricX is not responsible for any losses you may incur due to fluctuations in the value of player stocks during the period your Account is suspended.
If repeated attempts to contact you fail, we reserve the right to permanently suspend your Account, liquidate your stock holdings, and refund any remaining balance to the original payment method or by cheque to your provided address. CricX will not attempt further cheque delivery unless a correct address is provided and any applicable re-delivery fees are paid.
The Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal information, and it forms an integral part of these Terms. All personal information requiring protection will be treated according to our Privacy Policy.
You agree to personally participate in the CricX Game through your registered Account and not to use any unauthorized tools or external assistance. The use of cheats, exploits, bots, hacks, or any third-party software designed to alter the Platform, or any software that intercepts or collects data from the Platform, is strictly prohibited.
Collaboration with other users for unfair advantages or engaging in any fraudulent behaviour is not allowed.
If any form of cheating, collusion, or fraud is detected, CricX may take necessary actions, including disqualification from the CricX Game, forfeiture of Account balances, termination of your Account, and potential legal action depending on the severity and duration of the misconduct.
Using the Platform for any activities that could be interpreted as money laundering or to circumvent legal regulations is strictly forbidden.
Sending unsolicited communications or spam emails to gain registrations on the Platform for promotional benefits or other purposes is prohibited.
Each user is limited to a single Account on the Platform, which will be used to participate in the CricX Game. Creating or using multiple Accounts is not permitted.
You may not create login credentials or upload, distribute, or transmit any content through the Platform that:
You are prohibited from hosting, intercepting, emulating, or redirecting proprietary communication protocols used by the Platform, or from engaging in reverse engineering or modifying the Platform in any way.
You may not alter, remove, or obstruct any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.
Exploiting the CricX Game or Platform content for commercial purposes, including operating an unauthorized service that utilizes the Platform, is prohibited.
You may not upload or distribute any content containing viruses or harmful software that could disrupt the Platform or its services. Additionally, impersonating others, attempting to obtain private information from other users, or harvesting email addresses or other information is not allowed.
Any attempt to buy, sell, trade, or transfer your Account, including its balances, rankings, or any other attributes, is strictly prohibited.
Engaging in any fraudulent activities, such as using someone else’s payment information to fund your Account, is not allowed.
Accessing the Platform through another person’s Account is prohibited.
Posting defamatory or harmful comments about CricX on any public media is strictly prohibited. CricX reserves the right to remove such content and restrict your access to any media controlled by CricX if such content is found to be detrimental to our business.
All transactions within CricX are conducted using funds in your account. Available payment methods include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and bank transfers. Upon making your first deposit, you’ll need to provide essential details like your email address, name, state of residence, and age. The minimum deposit for any transaction is INR 100. Users may deposit up to INR 10,00,000 per month and INR 1,00,00,000 per year. Deposits will be credited to your account wallet, and the applicable amount for player trades will be debited from the wallet you select. Payment gateway charges will apply to each deposit. CricX may, at its discretion, offer a promotional bonus to new users, subject to change.
Before withdrawing any funds from your CricX wallet, you must complete KYC verification, which includes:

IFSC (must be from a non-Excluded State)
Upload bank document (showing name, account number, and IFSC clearly)
Users can withdraw a minimum of INR X and a maximum of INR X,00,000 per transaction, with a limit of up to 10 withdrawals per day.
Please note that withdrawal and deposit transactions may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process. CricX is not liable for any delays or any missed opportunities due to payment processing times.
Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. However, CricX may allow cancellations at its sole discretion.
When making deposits or withdrawals, you may encounter additional terms and conditions. These additional terms will govern your transaction and will take precedence if there is any conflict with the existing terms.
If you earn any funds through player trades on CricX, the crediting of these funds will be contingent on your adherence to these Terms and the applicable Game Rules.
You acknowledge that participating in CricX does not guarantee any financial gain. Your earnings depend entirely on your trading skills, the performance of the players you choose, and your ability to predict future outcomes, as outlined in CricX’s scoring system.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the necessary computer, mobile device, and internet connection required to access and use the CricX platform for trading and other activities.
You may encounter service disruptions, including but not limited to disconnection or communication interference, due to issues with your internet infrastructure or the hardware and software you use. CricX has no control over these external factors, and therefore, cannot be held responsible for any interruptions in service. You acknowledge and accept the risk of potential losses arising from such disruptions.
You agree not to intentionally disrupt, overburden, or assist in disrupting or overburdening (a) any server or system used to operate or support the CricX platform, or (b) the experience of any other user on the platform. Furthermore, you agree not to engage in, support, or participate in any type of attack, including but not limited to distributing viruses, denial-of-service attacks, or any other actions intended to disrupt the platform or interfere with the use and enjoyment of the platform by others.
All content on the CricX platform is provided solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the platform in accordance with these terms.
You acknowledge that all rights, including copyright and other intellectual property rights in the content, are owned by CricX or our licensors. You have no right, title, or interest in any such items, except as expressly stated in these terms.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the content strictly for accessing and using the platform. This licence does not extend to any other purpose.
You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this licence, nor may you rent, lease, or part with any portion of the content covered by this licence.
You agree not to transfer, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, or make derivative works from any content on the platform, except as necessary for accessing and using the platform.
You may not create hyperlinks to the platform without prior permission from CricX.
You are allowed to access, download, and print extracts from the platform for personal use only. No right, title, or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you, and you are strictly prohibited from using such materials for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
CricX reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or restrict access to your account and the platform if there is suspicion of a violation of these terms, misuse of your account, or a security breach. Our decision to suspend or restrict access will be final and binding.
(a) If any breach of these terms is discovered through our investigation or if we have reasonable grounds to believe that your continued access to the platform may be harmful to CricX, our users, or the public, we may take any or all of the following actions at our discretion:
In the event of a material breach, we may also prohibit you from future registration on the platform. The decision of CricX regarding any action taken as a result of a breach will be final and binding. Any action taken by CricX does not limit our other rights and remedies available under the law.
Follow these steps to delete your CricX account:
Your use of the CricX platform is voluntary and at your own risk. CricX will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by you or any other person while accessing the platform, including participating in activities on the platform.
CricX accepts no responsibility for any errors or omissions in transactions, gains, or losses on the platform, whether these arise from our actions or those of third parties.
By using the platform, you waive and release any rights or claims you may have against CricX, its agents, directors, officers, business associates, affiliates, sponsors, employees, or representatives for any injuries, accidents, or losses arising from your use of the platform.
CricX will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the platform. You agree to indemnify us and our service providers and licensors against any claims related to such matters.
Specifically, CricX is not liable for:
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, CricX’s liability to you or anyone claiming through you, in connection with your use of the platform, will be limited to the amount in your account at the time the liability arises.
CricX will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, civil or military actions, fires, floods, accidents, network failures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
CricX provides the Content and services on the Platform strictly on an “as is, as available” basis, without any warranties, conditions, or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied. CricX specifically disclaims any warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted provision, quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of the Platform or Content.
CricX does not guarantee that the Platform will operate continuously, error-free, securely, or virus-free. Any data, information, or analysis provided on the Platform is offered on a best-effort basis, and CricX is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of such data. Users are encouraged to use their own sources for analysis.
CricX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any harm resulting from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to issues arising from downloading or accessing information, server quality, or services. Access to the Platform may be unavailable at times due to system maintenance, updates, or other reasons beyond our control.
CricX disclaims any liability for cancellation of services, including any games or events, and Users will not be entitled to refunds or compensation for service outages caused by maintenance, natural disasters, or other disruptions.
CricX disclaims any liability related to third-party transactions, advertisements, or links on the Platform. Any intellectual property not owned by CricX remains the property of the respective owners, and any issues should be addressed directly with them.
CricX disclaims any liability for any losses, including financial losses, resulting from participation in CricX services. All material downloaded or obtained through the Platform is done at the User’s own risk, and CricX is not responsible for any damage to the User’s computer or data.
In the event of errors in transactions, payments, or other services, CricX reserves the right to rectify such errors as deemed appropriate, including through adjustments to User accounts. Users will be notified of such corrections, and CricX will not be liable for any resulting losses.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in CricX services, you agree to indemnify and hold CricX harmless from any claims, actions, damages, or losses arising from:
Infringement of intellectual property rights by your Content on the Platform.
Defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any User.
Misuse of your Account.
Technical failures, system breakdowns, or data corruption related to your use of the Platform.
Unauthorised access to your Account.
Users are responsible for any consequences arising from illegal acts or non-compliance with these Terms. CricX will not be liable for acts or omissions related to third-party services accessed through the Platform. Your participation in CricX services is at your own risk, and you agree to indemnify CricX against any claims or damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

CricX respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your rights have been infringed on the Platform, please contact us with details of the alleged infringement.

CricX reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action in response to complaints.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, India].
If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussions. If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be held in [City], and the proceedings will be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
CricX reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in the courts to protect its interests.
CricX isn’t about luck like other fantasy leagues. Your success comes from spotting a player’s potential. Even on a bad day, you won’t lose money if they have long-term potential.
